I believe deeply in the promise that we can know God and that the wisdom of the Spirit is abundantly made available to us. There is a continual invitation to be still and know - to be transformed.

But the noise of our everyday lives and the internal narrative that we've formed sometimes keep us from responding to the invitation of spiritual transformation.

John Mark Comer states that "spiritual formation into the image of Jesus isn’t something we do as much as it’s something that is done to us, by God himself, as we yield to his work of transforming grace. Our job is mostly to make ourselves available."

Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction sessions are one way that we make ourselves available. As a spiritual director, it is an honor for me to host a space in which we are both listening to and being directed by Spirit's wisdom.

Training
I completed a 2-year spiritual direction training program through the Companioning Center in Newberg, Oregon.
